I’d love to say, I’ve wanted to see a comic that digs further into the local fighting game scene experience for a long time. The way other comics or entire series have tapped into the way fighting games can be exciting, it’s only more clear to me that there’s so many ways to depict this kind of experience because the fighting game culture is so vast. That’s why I’m so excited to see whatever Princess Fight is like, because it sounds like it will show a little more of your local energy in your own way- Afrina already looks interesting! And yet, there’s still so much untapped potential for storytelling through games- It reminds me of what some saturday morning cartoons have done for me for my whole life, doesn’t it just make sense?
I like the main characters you’ve introduced here and especially adore Vijay, Micah and Gloomy so far. I can’t wait to see all of them in action soon. Thanks for making my eyes light up! Cheers.
